Black Truffle Flavoured Sunflower Oil uses the best Tuber Melanosporum flavouring available. Hand-crafted in small batches, this Black Truffle Oil is nuttier and earthier than the White Truffle Oil and has scents of mushrooms and anise, with nuances of sweetness. Generally, Black Truffles pair well with Chinese and Japanese cuisine. From fish, shellfish, to duck, Black Truffles add an amazing 'umami' depth to any dish. Works well with popcorn too!
